The hotel and its staff were remarkable.
I was disappointed by the check-in process since it wasn't 24 hours, which caused stress during my late arrival. Additionally, the lobby was uncomfortably cold, making the wait for my room quite unpleasant. The breakfast options lacked quality and variety, which was frustrating given the high expectations set by the rest of the services.

I really enjoyed my stay in The Home Deluxe room. The hotel is gorgeous and very well taken care of. The food and drinks were great, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Incredible Staff and Memorable Experiences
My stay was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to the exceptional service from the staff. They arranged for a driver, Hugh, who took us on amazing trips to places like Lesedi cultural village and even arranged last-minute transport to a Maroon Five concert, which made our Johannesburg experience unforgettable. The food was delightful, and the ambiance in the dining area was inviting. I do wish there were a few more options for breakfast though.
